Symbinar 2.0 Series - Mr. Dinesh Reddy

As part of the second edition of the live webinar series “SYMBINAR 2.0”, which focuses on the ideas of Reset, Resilience and Resurgence we hosted Mr. Dinesh Reddy, APAC Talent Acquisition Lead, PPD, who spoke on the topic ‘What do you have and What do you need in Corporate World’.

Mr. Reddy began by talking about clinical research phases, the growing Indian Biotech Companies, and a gist about the current Indian economic trends.

Sir focused on the behavioural competencies which budding managers need to imbibe and thus discover their potential. He discussed with the students about the new methodologies for candidate assessments and did a live interactive demo for the same and helped students realise their competencies, which could help students assess themselves on those parameters. 

Our honourable guest also gave important insights as to what are some of the key competencies a management graduate need to focus upon, which would help them succeed in the corporate world. 

Mr. Reddy concluded by giving a universal tip to the students for process improvement, which says ‘know, what you need to start, what to stop and what process to continue?’

The session was followed by Q&A where students came up with their queries and displayed their keen interest in the topic. We look forward to more such interactions with him in the near future and continue this association.
